FP&A Specialist

About the role

The Business Partner (BP) team collaborates with key stakeholders across the company, influencing business decisions from a financial perspective. As a Business Partner for the Platforms team, you will be responsible for supporting General Managers (GMs) in budget planning and execution, ensuring accurate financial analysis and reporting, and guiding stakeholders in making strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget planning and execution, effectively bridging the gap between business needs and financial processes.
• Drive improvements in financial processes by understanding and influencing the entire financial cycle.
• Deliver comprehensive monthly reporting and analysis, including detailed deep dives.
• Generate insights to support business decisions by conducting NPV analysis, assessing risks and opportunities, and evaluating business trade-offs.
• Serve as the primary FP&A point of contact for various stakeholders, including General Managers (GMs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Procurement, Accounting, and Treasury teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics, Physics or related fields
• Analytical, problem solving and passionate to manipulate data in order to learn from it
• Great financial modelling skills
• Adaptability to dynamic way of working/short term deliverables
• Advanced or Fluent English
• Great communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with budget cycles and budget execution
• SQL and Python
