Job Description

Trendyol is seeking experienced Fraud Professionals to join its Customer & Seller Experience Team. This role involves researching and analyzing seller transactions for possible fraud, analyzing fraud patterns and trends, developing projects for sellers' fraud, and following up on end-to-end seller processes. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in risk management, fraud investigation, law enforcement or business operation. They will also be customer and solution oriented, experienced in process development and improvement, and have good command of English. Trendyol offers a hybrid work model, a two-month full remote work program during the summer, and a variety of benefits, including Trendyol shopping budget, central and international office locations, and top-of-the-line technical equipment.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Being a much-loved brand means putting customers first and designing every process around them, while remaining attractive to the sellers in our ecosystem.

The Customer & Seller Experience Team analyzes the needs of customers and suppliers, and offers solutions to increase their satisfaction and loyalty. They also design end-to-end customer experience journey for existing and new business models, and strive every day to help Trendyol to become a loved brand by knowing team processes inside out!

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Researching and analyzing live seller transactions for possible cases of fraud
Analyzing fraud patterns and order trends, and making recommendations on how to adjust fraud filters to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Developing projects for sellers' fraud
Following up end-to-end seller processes and define to risks

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree
2 years experience in risk management, fraud investigation, law enforcement or business operation
Customer and solution oriented
Experienced in process development and improvement issues
Good command of English

Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.

We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).

This working model applies to our hybrid job postings; on-site roles require being based in an office work environment.
