We are seeking a talented freelance concept artist with a strong portfolio in character and robotic design to support the development of a stylized game world. You will be responsible for creating high-quality concept art that guides our 3D and animation teams, with a focus on imaginative silhouettes, mechanical detail, and expressive character personality.
Develop original concept art for robots characters based on design briefs and worldbuilding direction
Collaborate with creative leads to iterate on designs and visual tone
Produce clean linework, grayscale values, and/or color renders depending on the asset needs
Maintain design consistency across different character classes and factions
Create reference sheets and callouts for 3D production handoff
Strong portfolio showcasing stylized robotic and or tech concepts
Excellent drawing, rendering, and design skills
Ability to translate narrative or gameplay goals into visual storytelling
Experience with isometric, top-down, or stylized aesthetics is a plus
Proficient in industry-standard tools (e.g., Photoshop…etc)
Familiarity with sci-fi, post-industrial, or tactical visual themes
Experience designing environment
