We are excited to add a Freelance Post Production Supervisor who will work with our finishing team, MOCEANFINISH. This is a fast-paced agency environment known for exceptional quality and a collaborative team working on projects ranging from "Instagram to IMAX."

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, producers, and post-production staff in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Coordinate multiple projects across a multi-disciplinary team to maintain efficient processes.
• Interpret client and producer requests to create detailed Work Orders for the assistant editor and machine room teams.
• Create detailed graphics requests and QC the graphics before posting to the in-house finishing team or another finishing facility.
• Supervise conform, color & mix sessions and the creation of final deliverables by the in-house conform artists, colorist and mixers.
• Provide exceptional QC on final deliverables
• Provide stakeholders with detailed information related to prep and final elements.
• Must be able to work an unpredictable schedule. 

Requirements 

• 3+ years of Post Production/Finishing experience in a fast paced agency setting.
• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Avid Symphony and Pro Tools as well as various workflows. Premiere and After Effects a plus.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Keynote and FileMaker.
• Extensive knowledge of video codecs, digital file formats, tape-based media.
• Thorough understanding of range of technical specs.
• Experience creating graphic checker documents using Keynote.
