Job Description
In agreement with the Front Office Manager and under their supervision, the Front Office Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring their loyalty, providing timely, courteous, and personalized assistance throughout their stay. Specifically:
- Welcoming hotel guests, restaurant clients, and external visitors
- Managing check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating with internal departments for escorting guests to their rooms or tables, including luggage transport to rooms
- Managing cash operations: issuing tax receipts, recording takings, initial accounting entries, and POS closing
- Supporting the management of the shuttle service for guest transport
- Possible support for the night shift, with guest assistance activities and administrative closing operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 2 years as a receptionist in high-end hotels (certified experience in international contexts preferred)
- A degree in hospitality, tourism, or linguistics is a welcome requirement
- Excellent command of Italian and English (knowledge of French will be a preferential title)
- Coordination skills and aptitude for teamwork, to ensure effective collaboration with the various departments of the facility
- Excellent knowledge of PC, main operating systems (Windows), Office suite, Outlook, and modern internet browsing tools
- Familiarity with industry portals and management software is welcome
- Solid knowledge of hotel techniques, combined with kindness, courtesy, patience, and diplomacy
- Possession of a driving license

- Fixed-term contract from late November 2025 to April 2026, with possibility of confirmation for the following season
- National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Tourism (CCNL Turismo)
- Full-time availability on shifts from Monday to Sunday with one day off
- Board and lodging (shared)
