Job Description:
A Front Desk Officer is responsible to be the welcoming face of our organization and ensure the smooth operation of office. With a friendly and easy-going personality, the Front Desk Officer should possess excellent communication skills, attention to details and the ability to handle a diverse set of tasks with professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:
- Visitor relations and communication handling:
- Welcome and greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Direct and announce visitors appropriately.
- Serve refreshment drinks, particularly during events.
- Manage incoming calls, provide necessary information and direct calls to the right person.
- Mail and deliveries:
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries and couriers.
- Security and compliance:
- Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring access and issuing visitor
- Assist on ISO 27001 compliances in security by ensuring visitors registration and NDA compliance.
- Administrative support:
- Update appointment calendars by scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Perform various clerical receptionist duties, including filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, data entry,packing, & among others.
- Assist in sharing Covid related information and making necessary arrangements, such as sending care packages.
- Office Maintenance:
- Ensure premises maintenance and housekeeping to uphold a clean and organized office environment.
- Purchasing:
- Manage the procurement of office equipment, stationery, refreshments and other items for office and pantry upkeep.
- Company Activities:
- Assist in organizing company activities, including internal events, company annual dinner and company
- Perform any other duties assigned to support the seamless operation of the studio.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / ‘O’ Level, fresh graduates/ Diploma level is encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience as front desk representative, hospitality, or relevant position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills. Preferably proficient in English (oral and written)
- Good in time management and organizing skills.
- Customer-centric, has a strong customer service orientation.
- Accurate and pay attention to details.
- Vibrant personality; embrace a cheerful, active, and sporty personality.
