Front Office BA required to lead the analysis in the planning phase of integration of client entities. The individual will lead the Front Office stream for the planning phase and feasibility study with a large focus on Interest Rate products, KYC and client onboarding.
The requirement for this year is to complete the high level analysis and Technology cost estimation. This role sits within Technology and also reports into the Programme. In order achieve cost estimate submission, this there is a significant amount of Front Office analysis required. This will consist of:
Supporting the business to gather formal Business Requirements and input into the Technical design documents.
Supporting the business to review and provide input into As-is and To-Be workflows for trade booking and lifecycle.
Detailed product analysis for onboarding affiliate IR and CRD products into singlular platforms.
Mapping producs into application templates and carrying out detailed analysis to map pricing models.
Providing estimates for the Front Office delivery to feed into the project approval process.
Ability to deal with trade booking queries
Completing project/work-stream status reports.
General ad-hoc support for any new requirements or issues related to the Front Office stream.
Supporting our affiliate as being the primary contact for all Front Office Office related tasks and issues.
Analysis of the trade migration
Analysis of the KYC/ client onboarding process.
Must have
Business analysis experience working for a top tier bank
Excellent product knowledge across IR asset classes
Ability to understand and map a product into a system from term sheet data
Ability and experience of working under pressure
both autonomously and within a team
Ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Solid communication skills
both written and oral
Good overall knowledge of the Murex platform
Excellent understanding of PL, Risk and Market Data in Murex
Excellent understanding of trade booking and trade lifecycle in Murex
Understanding of revaluation rate curve construction, simulation, trade pricing and settings in Murex
A strong delivery track record and someone who can really take ownership of leading the Front Office stream
Knowledge of KYC and client onboarding
Nice to have
A good understanding of Markitwire and salesforce interfaces
A good understanding of IR and CRD clearing processes
Knowledge of pre and post trade rules would be helpful
