About the Role: 

As a Frontend Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our state-of-the-art iGaming platform. You'll tackle key features like geolocation, collaborate with peers, and seek guidance from Senior Engineers when needed. Your work will directly impact the success of our projects, from crafting seamless user experiences to upholding the highest standards of security and compliance. 

What You Bring: 

• Experience: At least 3 years of development experience, familiar with JavaScript, and expertise in React and TypeScript. Experience in manual testing, API integrations, end-to-end testing, performance optimization, and automation is highly advantageous. Familiarity with large enterprise applications is a significant plus. 

• Technical Skills: Strong grasp of software engineering practices, with hands-on experience in testing, API integrations, and performance optimization. 

• Problem Solving: Ability to independently diagnose and resolve medium-complexity bugs, paired with a self-starter attitude and strong initiative. 

• Collaboration: A team player who communicates effectively, seeks assistance when needed, and supports other fellow engineers. 

• Transparency: Commitment to maintaining clear, transparent work processes and adhering to best practices in documentation and communication. 

• Empathy: Respectful of feedback, supportive of colleagues, and understanding of the challenges others face. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop and Enhance Features: Own the development and maintenance of frontend features like geolocation.  We use React + TypeScript to build self-contained micro frontends, replacing a stack that includes jQuery, Bootstrap, Backbone, and SASS. 

• Collaborate: Engage in pair programming and work closely with Senior Engineers and QA to deliver high-quality products. 

• Contribute to Architecture: Participate in architectural design, making impactful contributions to enhance our platform. 

• Ensure Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and manual testing to ensure coding standards are met and tests are adequately covered. 

• Support Continuous Improvement: Implement refactoring tasks to reduce technical debt and actively contribute to team retrospectives to drive improvements.
