As a Fulfillment Associate, Document Management and Processing, you will ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and shipments are handled accurately. You will coordinate with third-party vendors, perform inventory checks, and maintain documentation to support smooth operations. In this role, you will work from our local Austin, TX (Southwest Parkway) office.
Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer orders.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics.
• Communicate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and updates.
• Maintain operational documents and records.
• Assist in preparing volume and demand planning analyses.
• Address customer inquiries with enhanced responsiveness.
• Identify and report operational inefficiencies.
• Support the team with administrative tasks.
• Assist in training new team members on basic tasks.
Skills:
• Advanced Order Entry Systems: Proficiency in more complex order entry tasks.
• Inventory Management: Understanding of basic inventory management principles.
• Enhanced Customer Service: Communicate effectively and professionally to both internal and external customer inquiries.
• Vendor Coordination: Ability to communicate effectively with third-party vendors.
• Problem Solving: Basic skills in identifying and addressing operational issues.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Documentation and Reporting: Enhanced ability to maintain accurate records.
• Collaboration and Training: Skill in working with and supporting team members.
• High School diploma or equivalent; highly prefer some college.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word.
