Job Description

Seedworld Studios seeks a dynamic Fundraising Manager to lead capital-raising initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, engaging with investors (venture capital firms, angel investors, strategic partners), preparing compelling pitch decks, managing the fundraising process, building investor relationships, staying updated on market trends, and representing the company at industry events. Collaboration with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) is crucial to ensure alignment and effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of fundraising or business development experience in technology or gaming, a strong understanding of the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem (gaming and NFTs), excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain investor relationships.

Seedworld is looking for a dynamic and strategic Fundraising Manager to drive our capital-raising efforts and build strong relationships with investors. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the Web3, blockchain, and gaming ecosystem, with a proven ability to secure funding and navigate the evolving investment landscape.
As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, engage with top-tier investors, and represent the company at industry events. If you have experience in fundraising or business development within the technology or gaming sectors and are eager to contribute to an innovative, fast-growing company, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy
- Identify and engage potential investors, including venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks and presentations
- Manage the entire fundraising process, from initial contact to closing deals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors
- Stay informed about market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes
- Coordinate with the executive team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company strategy
- Track and report on the progress of fundraising efforts
- Represent the company at relevant conferences, networking events, and industry forums
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand the company's progress and needs
- Maintain relationships with existing investors, keeping them informed and engaged with the company's developments

Experience Required
- 2+ years of experience in fundraising or business development, with a focus on technology or gaming industries
- Strong understanding of the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem, particularly in the context of gaming and NFTs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with investors and stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques is a plus
