Who are we looking for?

Do you have mad illustration skills that make Van Gogh look like a finger-painter? Are you a creative genius who can whip up characters faster than Mario can jump over a Goomba? Then GunjanApps Studios wants you! We need a character illustrator who can make our characters pop off the screen like a game of Whack-a-Mole! You'll get to collaborate with our team of writers, designers, and animators to create characters that are as memorable as a final boss battle. • Create detailed sketches, illustrations, and turnarounds of characters using traditional and digital tools and techniques.

• Work closely with writers, designers, and animators to ensure characters are consistent with project requirements and overall vision.

• Collaborate with the animation team to create storyboards and animatics that showcase the characters and their personalities.

• Iterate on character designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.

• Research and stay up to date on industry trends and techniques for character design and illustration.

• A bachelor's degree in art, illustration, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other digital tools used for character illustration.

• A strong portfolio showcasing character design and illustration skills.

• Excellent drawing skills and the ability to create characters in a range of styles and genres.

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow project guidelines and style guides.

• A minimum work experience of 3 years and above is required.

• Experience with mobile game development will be added advantage

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a team.

• A passion for storytelling and creating engaging characters that resonate with audiences.
