Job Description

We are seeking a Game Content Manager to oversee and drive the creation of game levels and other content for our globally played games. Collaborating closely with creative and production teams, you will maintain content ownership, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Responsibilities include organizing and managing the content creation process; managing outsourced teams; preparing and publishing content via internal tools; developing guidelines and technical specifications; and overseeing content quality assurance. The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in game content management, working with graphical content, and using CMS. Strong management, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with English proficiency. Knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.

We are looking for a Game Content Manager to join our team to manage and drive game levels and other content creation processes for our games, which are played by millions of users worldwide.

You will work closely with the creative and production teams, and maintain content ownership to ensure that it is delivered on time and meets quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Organize and manage the game content creation process;

- Manage outsource teams that work on the content;

- Prepare and publish game content for end users via internal tools;

- Prepare guidelines and technical specifications for content creation teams;

- Organize the content quality assurance process.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in managing game content;

- Experience working with graphical content;

- Experience using CMS;

- Strong management and organizational skills;

- Strong communication skills;

- English language proficiency. Knowledge of one or more of the following languages at A2 level or higher will be considered an advantage: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese;

- Russian language proficiency.
