Game Data Engineer [LOST ARK]
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves building and improving an MLOps platform for detecting toxic language and abuse (bots, account theft, payment fraud) in Lost Ark. Responsibilities include analyzing in-game logs, selecting features and data, and refining models for performance improvement. The position also includes developing data-driven web services for operators using Flask or Django and processing real-time data. The ideal candidate possesses at least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and experience with AI/ML model development in a commercial setting. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scala) and tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hadoop is also essential.
Must have:

담당업무
- 로스트아크의 불건전언어, 어뷰징(봇핵,계정도용,결제사기) 탐지를 위한 MLOps 플랫폼 구축
- 인게임 로그 분석, 피쳐/데이터 선정, 모델 학습/평가 프로세스를 통한 지속적인 모델 성능 고도화
- 운영자를 위한 데이터기반 웹 서비스 개발(Flask, Django)
- 실시간 데이터 가공 및 처리
자격요건
- 유관 업무 경력 4년 이상
- 컴퓨터 사이언스/엔지니어링, 수학 관련 전공 학사 이상
필요역량
- 대화의 핵심을 쉽게 파악하고, 팀원 및 타부서와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 가지신 분
- 오너십을 갖고 주도적인 문제 해결이 가능하신 분
- SQL 과 RDB, Hadoop Ecosystem 개념에 대한 탄탄한 지식
- 실무에서의 AI/ML 프로젝트 수행 및 AI/ML 모델 구축 경험(상용서비스 기준)
- Pytorch, AutoML, Tensorflow, Keras 등 딥 러닝 프레임워크 활용 능력
- Java, Scala, Python(pyspark/Numpy/pandas) 등의 프로그래밍 언어 중 최소 1개의 언어를 능숙하게 사용
- Airflow를 통한 파이프라인 구축 경험
우대사항
- 모델 결과를 시각화하고, 데이터 기반의 커뮤니케이션을 통해 유관 부서를 설득한 경험과 능력
- AI 모델 자동 최적화 기법 개발(AutoML, Neural Architecture Search 등)
- Spark, EMR 등의 빅데이터 프레임워크와 분산처리 기술로 대용량 데이터 처리 및 파이프라인을 구축해보신 분
- Kafka, Spark-Streaming 등의 스트림 프로세싱 시스템에 대한 경험이 있으신 분
- AWS, Azure 등 클라우드 기반 서비스 환경에서의 개발 경험이 있으신 분
