In the consumer division, this role involves acquiring licenses for overseas games (and domestic and international indie games) for the Japanese market and publishing them domestically. Depending on your experience and expertise, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Acquiring licenses from overseas game publishers and development companies, proposing projects within the company and launching them (with support from the team manager), managing project production budgets and schedules, localizing games (policy formulation, vendor selection, production progress, communication with the development team), and collaborating with teams such as sales, promotion, production, and user support.
