Your Role 
As a leader in iGaming, you’ll direct and mentor our team of Product Owners and Gaming Mathematicians while collaborating closely with the Production Director, who oversees studio and production teams. You’ll be responsible for implementing the game roadmap strategy, delivering high-quality, engaging game products, and shaping new game features that elevate player experiences. 

Beyond game development, you’ll contribute to broader company strategies, providing vision and direction to align our products with Relax goals.

What We’re Looking For 
We’re seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented leader with: 

• Proven Experience: A track record of working with Game Product Owners and Mathematicians to produce top-tier games for key markets. 

• Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire and motivate teams, confidently own decisions, and foster collaboration. 

• Industry Expertise: A solid understanding of responsible gambling, game mechanics, and the latest trends in iGaming. 

• Passion for Gaming: A love for slot game design and delivering unforgettable gaming experiences. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Your areas of responsibilities (don’t worry, it will grow as you grow):  

• Creative Vision & Strategy: Define a cohesive creative vision for the Relax game portfolio, aligning it with market trends and business goals. Build and share strategic guidelines with teams to ensure consistent alignment in game development. 

• Game Development Oversight: Approve games during the line-up process, guide game ideation, and ensure a steady flow of high-quality games to market. Provide constructive feedback to teams to balance creativity with strategy. 

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and expand a team of game designers and mathematicians, ensuring alignment with the Relax hiring standards and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. 

• Ideation & Feature Development: Facilitate workshops to generate ideas for games and features. Collaborate on feature concepts and cross-game functionality with the creative and UX teams to enhance the overall player experience. 

• Partner Collaboration: Provide strategic direction for co-productions with partners like Casino Daddy and Casino Grounds, ensuring successful collaborations. 

• Market Analysis & Data Utilization: Monitor competitive trends, player behaviour, and market needs to create games that resonate with target audiences. Use data and analytics to optimize game performance and engagement. 

• Roadmap Management: Develop and present short- and long-term roadmaps to internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Account Managers, and Executives. Provide input on quarterly roadmaps for Relax and Silver Bullet games. 

• Regulatory & Market Expertise: Maintain a clear understanding of business operations, regulated markets, and industry trends to maximize the potential of each game. 

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Account Managers, and the Production Director to ensure optimal game rollouts and product updates, including jackpot designs. 

What You’ll Need 

• 3+ years of experience leading teams of Game Product Owners and Mathematicians. 

• Previous experience as a Game Product Owner or a similar role. 

• Expertise in designing slot games for the iGaming industry. 

• A strong understanding of game mechanics and player engagement. 

• Fluency in English.
