Job Description
As an experienced game designer, you'll join a world-class service organization working on globally renowned games. You'll have a proven track record across various genres and platforms, understanding co-development and outsourcing. Your responsibilities include designing engaging gameplay, metagame systems, and exciting content, while collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective design solutions. You'll work closely with artists and programmers, using iteration, playtests, and metrics to refine designs. This role demands strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Must Have:
- 3+ years game design experience
- Expert knowledge of game design fundamentals
- Proficient English communication (written & verbal)
- Adaptable and deadline-oriented

- Experience with co-development/outsourcing (a plus)

The Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a game designer, or equivalent background
- Expert knowledge of a broad range of platforms, genres, and design fundamentals
- Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
- Experience working in co-development or outsourcing is a plus
