We're looking for a talented Game Designer to join our team on a new mobile sports title currently in concept development. If you’re passionate about fantasy sports and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to help shape the core of something brand new.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Product Design and Creative Director to ideate, design, and implement features across gameplay systems, social mechanics, and live operations content.
Collaborate with product designers, creatives, strategists, and developers to translate vision and specs into engaging, playable game features
Design compelling game systems, live events, and social mechanics for mobile (F2P) platforms
Contribute ideas, pitch concepts, and iterate based on team feedback
Champion quality, creativity, and momentum within the design team
Engage in meaningful discussions on systems, mechanics, and design philosophies
Build and refine features using internal tools within set timelines
Deliver polished, player-first gameplay that exceeds expectations
5+ years of experience as a game designer, OR 1+ shipped title where you led feature development
3+ years of experience in mobile game design, ideally in F2P
2+ seasons of active participation in fantasy sports (required)
Strong conceptual and systems design background, with ownership from ideation to delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to clearly articulate and critique game design decisions
Familiarity with mobile games and current design trends
Strong documentation and implementation skills
Experience designing multiplayer or social mechanics
Familiarity with live operations design for mobile titles
Background in sports games or sports fandom in general
