What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Game Designer: 3-5 years in game design, with a focus on casual games. Experience with AI-driven game development is a plus.
• Creative Thinker: Ability to conceptualize and design engaging games that appeal to a broad audience.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with game design tools like Unity or similar tools. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a bonus.
• Leadership: Capable of leading a team of developers and artists, guiding projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborative: Comfortable working closely with AI engineers to enhance AI models and improve game creation capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Game Design: Lead the design and development of in-house games, ensuring quality and alignment with company goals.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide developers and artists to execute projects effectively.
• AI Improvement: Work with AI engineers to refine models that create casual games.
