Game Designer

     We are seeking a skilled generalist Game Designer to join our great team. We are searching for someone with deep understanding of game design principles with a proven track record in designing engaging game features, mechanics, and systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other talents to create great experiences for our players and shape the future of our games. We are searching for professionals who are happy to work in a small team, take a variety of challanges across the mobile design space, and are comfortable with a lot of autonomy.

Salary: 7-10 k net PLN b2b (≈ 2.000-2.800 USD b2b)

* Different type of contract may be possible.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Design features, mechanics and other game elements.
• Review and give feedback on builds, prototypes, design documents, and concepts.
• Iterate on the design of features, systems and other game elements.
• Design, create, run and analyze AB tests.
• Understand, balance and tweak the game systems.
• Clearly communicate game design ideas through appropriate mediums.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver project goals.
• Provide and accept feedback, foster collaboration within the team.

🔑 Requirements:

• 3+ Years of professional game design experience.
• Extensive game design knowledge.
• Understanding of the F2P market.
• Experience with creating, using and maintaining spreadsheets and documents.
• 1 Year experience of working with a game engine.
• Fluent English.
• Good collaboration skills and open-minded personality.
• Understanding of the visual language and sense for aesthetics is a plus!
