Team, about the role
Our Playable team is changing the rules of the game! We create playables with exciting gameplay. We're constantly trying something new, are not limited in resources, and are ready to make big spends. In 2024, our playables brought over 50 million players to our. Every US resident has seen our creatives 20+ times—that's more than the advertising campaigns of popular movie franchises.
We invest heavily in the development of playables and are looking for a Game Designer who will be responsible for creating new game mechanics and the full cycle of our playable ads development.
On this team, your contribution will be truly tangible—instead of working on a small part of a large project, you'll create new games and directly influence the income of a global hit and attract millions of new players.
Tasks

Working out the mechanics for new playable ads, for example,

Production control: providing feedback at key stages of development, including close interaction with artists and programmers

Analyzing released playables and our competitors' market
Requirements

2+ years of experience as a game designer

Experience in feature system design and the creation of new mechanics

Understanding of the trends in the mobile gaming market

Experience in managing the production of new features or games

Portfolio of released games or marketing creatives
Preferred

Understanding of the full cycle of game creative production, from idea creation to final renderings and voice acting
