What will you do in SuperPlay?
- Design the user experience from an economic perspective, using data to predict player behavior.
- Price and manage the game's virtual currencies
- Build simulations and predictive models to forecast the impact of content changes
- Collaborate with product teams to design and balance new features, ensuring they align with the game's economic goals
- Monitor individual and macro player balances to ensure the overall health of the game's economy
- Analyze large, complex data sets to guide strategic and operational business decisions
Who are you?
- You hold a BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- You have a strong analytical and problem solving skills, with keen attention to details
- You excel at communicating complex concepts and turning them into actionable insights
- You have a true passion for understanding social gaming behavior and can tolerate ambiguity
- You have advanced Excel proficiency and can build complex, dynamic models that supports players' segmentation and multiple game features
