This is a mid-career Game Engineer position focused on developing mobile games, both in-house and for clients. Responsibilities range from coding and testing to detailed design, system design, requirements definition, and client interaction, depending on experience. The company currently has over 10 active projects, allowing for diverse project assignment based on candidate skills. The role is based in Tokyo, Japan, with some teams potentially working in separate project rooms.

Must have:

3+ years game development experience
Coding and testing skills

Good to have:

Ruby, Java, PHP development experience
C/C++ for consumer game development
Business-level English
International work experience

職務内容: 【自社、受託でのスマホゲームの開発】コーディングやテストはもちろんのこと、徐々に詳細設計、基本設計、要件定義、顧客折衝などをスキルに応じてお任せいたします。
常時10ライン以上が動いているので、選考中にお聞きしたスキルなどを元に配属先を決定いたします。
応募資格（必須）: 【必須要件】・ゲーム開発経験（3年以上）
応募資格（歓迎）: 【歓迎要件】・Ruby、Java、PHPなどを利用した開発経験・C,C++を利用したコンシューマゲーム開発経験・ビジネスレベルで英語ができる方・海外で業務経験のある方
給与: 月給制 300,000円～700,000円　 ※年収想定額　360万～840万 ※経験・能力・前職給を考慮し決定＝給与詳細＝
300,000円(基本給：259,450円業務手当：40,550円) 400,000円(基本給：345,925円業務手当：54,075円) 700,000円(基本給：605,400円業務手当：94,600円) 業務手当＝20時間分の固定残業代になります。 ※20時間に満たない場合も、全額支給致します。　また、20時間を超過した場合は別途超過分の割り増し分が支払われます。
