About the Role

We are looking for a Game Lead (CDI - Permanent Contract) with a strong product, monetization, and live operations background to drive the long-term success of a high-potential mobile game (unannounced project). You are a data-driven leader focused on delivering engaging, player-first experiences that maximize retention, revenue, and scalability.

You will be responsible for shaping the game’s economy, live operations, and monetization strategies while ensuring a seamless and rewarding player experience. You will collaborate closely with game designers, analysts, and marketing teams to optimize game performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a player-centric product vision, ensuring long-term engagement and growth.
• Drive monetization strategy, balancing free-to-play best practices with fair and rewarding player experiences.
• Design and oversee Live Ops strategies, including events, promotions, and content updates.
• Analyze key game KPIs and player behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with game designers, UX experts, and analysts to fine-tune engagement and retention mechanics.
• Collaborate with UA, marketing, and community teams to align product and business strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative monetization and live ops approaches to the game.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on product management, monetization, and live operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of free-to-play economics.
• Experience in designing scalable and engaging live operations strategies.
• A track record of successful game launches and long-term product growth.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for mobile gaming and a player-first approach.
