Job Description
  • Operate and maintain the daily operations of the gaming product from configuration, quality assurance, live monitoring and handling (including bugs and hacks), to operational evaluation
  • Coordinate configuration & QA tasks across different offices
  • Collaborate with both local and global stakeholders to resolve product-related issues
  • Execute content (both out and in-game items, local events) localization from English to Bahasa Melayu and conduct Localization QA (LQA) to ensure localization quality
  • Basic planning and execution of campaigns in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines to engage players and improve activeness, This includes in-game event planning, config creation, and collaboration with other offices for promotion plan and material production and performance review
  • Support in-depth investigation execution into product health performance and local user behavior through local research such as interviews & FGD
  • Deliver aligned results over other product-related ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements
  • Prior experience in QA or live operations in a tech company is preferred; Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply too
  • Passionate about games with basic knowledge of the gaming industry in Malaysia, preferably being familiar with popular games in the market
  • Native Bahasa Melayu speaker with proficient English reading, writing and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams  
  • Highly attentive to details with proven track record in meticulous and analytical work 
  • Demonstrated project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Chinese language is a plus
