This role involves managing the daily operations of a gaming product, encompassing configuration, quality assurance, live monitoring, bug/hack handling, and operational evaluation. Responsibilities include coordinating QA tasks across multiple offices, collaborating with global stakeholders to resolve issues, executing content localization (English to Bahasa Melayu), conducting LQA, planning and executing player engagement campaigns in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines (including in-game events and promotion), investigating product performance and user behavior, and handling other ad-hoc tasks. Prior QA or live operations experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
