Job Description
Game Planner responsible for designing game bosses, collaborating with art and programming teams, analyzing data, optimizing gameplay, and innovating game features. The role requires independent work on boss characters, proficiency with AI tools, understanding of programming and art processes, strong communication, and a passion for gaming, particularly fishing/slots games. Responsibilities include BOSS design, feature follow-up, data analysis, optimization, and innovative design. The ideal candidate will have experience in fishing or slots games and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

职位描述
1、BOSS设计：深入理解制作人/主策意图，设计手游的BOSS表现，以简明、逻辑清晰的方式撰写文档；
2、功能跟进：与程序、美术等部门沟通，跟进完成BOSS鱼的制作；上线后持续增强技能差异性和策略深度，优化技能玩法体验；
3、数据分析：对自己设计的功能进行效果预估，根据统计数据进行效果分析；
4、优化方案：建立合理的长期体验模型，并通过数据归纳调优，使优质体验覆盖人群增加；
5、创新设计：根据游戏风格、用户群喜好，提出创新性设计。
职位要求
1、能独立承担boss角色相关设计工作，有捕鱼/slots游戏经历优先；
2、熟练使用AI工具，熟悉角色设计、关卡设计；
3、对程序、美术方面有一定的了解和领悟能力，能够与项目成员进行顺畅的沟通和协作，跟进项目整体进度；
4、逻辑性与学习能力强，思维缜密，善于对游戏产品进行分析与解剖；
5、热爱游戏，积极主动，工作中沟通能力与配合能力强。
