- Be prepared for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.

- Obtain a NJ Gaming License.

- Wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards.
- Be professional, mature, and understand workplace guidelines.
- Possess a strong service mindset and excellent communication abilities.
- Demonstrate responsibility and dedication to the role and team collaboration.
- Engage and offer a memorable experience for live players.
- Be a quick learner and adapt seamlessly to new concepts.
- Perform prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables.
- Perform repeated use of both hands and arms.
- Have full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities.
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away.
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe).
- Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear.
- Ability to work a full time schedule.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality
