Job Summary
As a Game Producer, you will act as the primary liaison between the external game developer and the internal development team. This role will work with members of the production team and studio leadership to ensure timely delivery and updates of the product, triaging issues and determining next steps. You will oversee multiple game projects through their publishing lifecycle, including milestone tracking, schedule management, and risk assessment, ensuring quality and timely escalation of challenges.

- Manage prioritization of tasks, bugs, design iteration and user/tester feedback
- Break down multifaceted issues into workable components to guide the development team
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation, production reports, and progress updates for internal leadership
- Help coordinate patches, updates, and live service events to maintain player engagement post-launch
- Track record of data informed decision making with an ability to identify and review project metrics independently
- Contribute to building processes, standardization, and best practices
- Five (5) - seven (7) years of related professional experience working on a AAA brand
- Two (2) - three (3) years of experience as a publishing producer for games
- Prior experience bringing a successful PC/Mac/mobile game to market
- Experience working with external studios, IP (Intellectual Property) holders, and internal cross-disciplinary teams
- Experience with mobile app store release workflow
- Ability to understand and adapt your communication style to match the needs of your audience
- Experience making decisions in a complex and occasionally ambiguous environment
- Diverse experience with Jira for task management and bug tracking, database setup, organization, and maintenance
- Ability to travel up to 2 times per year domestically or internationally

- Fluency in Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese

What you’ll bring

- Experience working with external studios, IP (Intellectual Property) holders, and internal cross-disciplinary teams
- Experience with mobile app store release workflow
- The ability to understand and adapt your communication style to match the needs of your audience
- Experience making decisions in a complex and occasionally ambiguous environment
- Diverse experience with Jira for task management and bug tracking, database setup, organization, and maintenance. Additional experience with Monday.com will be relevant
- A passion for making and playing great games, with an awareness of current titles and industry trends
- Ability to travel up to 2 times per year domestically or internationally
- Fluency in Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese is a strong plus, but not required
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $127,000.00 - $152,000.00 per year. The full range is $127,000.00 - $194,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
