Job Description

The Game Producer will be responsible for producing successful slot game products. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Senior Producers, Developers, Artists, Animators, Audio Engineers, and Mathematicians, to drive game development from inception to completion. The role requires writing product documentation, resolving development issues, prioritizing features, and conducting market research to understand products, customers, competitors, and trends. The producer will participate in planning meetings, daily stand-ups, and team retrospectives. The ideal candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-performing slot games and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Experience as a Game Producer or Product Owner (2-3 years)

Location: Remote/hybrid in UK, Poland, Malta or Spain.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Producing successful slot game products
Working closely with teams of Senior Producers, Developers, Artists, Animators, Audio Engineers, Mathematicians, and other stakeholders to drive the game from inception to completion
Writing product documentation for internal and external use
Resolving product development issues, prioritising product features
Researching the market: products, customers, competitors, trends
Participate in planning meetings, daily stand-ups and team retrospectives

What you’ll bring to the role:

Proven experience of, and a passion for, delivering high performing slot games
Experience as a Game Producer or Product Owner for at least 2-3 years
An understanding of slot products, player trends and what makes a game fun and appealing to play
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Quick learner
Experience working with Click Up is an advantage
