Job Details
Responsible for the management and coordination of the entire process of game planning, design, development, and testing.
Responsible for the design and development of game systems, ensuring smooth gameplay and playability.
Responsible for adjusting and balancing game values to ensure sustainability and player experience.
Understand the trends and direction of the gaming industry, analyze competitors and industry conditions, adjust product strategies in real-time to improve user retention and revenue.
Develop and review project development plans, control overall project progress and quality, supervise and guide the project, and be responsible for the final results.
Job Requirements:
Passion for games, deep experience in SLG mainstream game types, with entrepreneurial passion, industry sensitivity, and broad vision.
Bachelor's degree or above, at least 5 years of experience in core game planning, with experience in designing at least one complete SLG project.
Extensive experience in games, having served as a game producer or lead game designer for at least one successfully launched game product (preferably with revenue of over tens of millions).
Excellent communication and learning abilities, with clear and logical thinking, and the ability to creatively solve problems.
Familiar with game development processes, able to assess the technical costs between ideas and implementation.
Possess excellent management skills, personal influence, and leadership, able to improve team cohesion and motivate project members to work actively.
