The Game/Product Owner is the heart of the game and plays a pivotal role in shaping the game's success ensuring the vision is upheld and its market impact is maximized throughout its live phase. This position involves steering products through live operations and making impactful creative and data-driven decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the long-term strategy to achieve product goals.
  • Provide performance reports to senior management and advocate for strategic next steps.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, integrating market trends, data insights, and operational capabilities.
  • Motivate cross-functional teams to deliver top-quality features that align with performance objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of product development, encompassing creative, marketing/user acquisition, technical, and data aspects.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Game Designer/Analyst/Developer is a big plus.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience with F2P Hybrid/Hyper Casual Games, ideally in product-focused roles.
  • Experience with at least one title in the live ops phase is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hybrid/hyper casual mobile gaming market.
  • Strong communication abilities for working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Full fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A passion for games across any platform, with a particular enthusiasm for mobile games, is a must.
  • Results-oriented and adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the ability to teach, negotiate, and communicate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Ability to blend creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
