仕事内容/What the Role Entails

The Game Production Project Manager/Producer is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of game development projects, from pre-production to post-release. This role requires a deep understanding of various project management methodologies and tools, as well as the ability to manage mid- to large-size cross-functional teams and budgets.

You will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external partner production and management teams to provide analysis, oversight and guidance of the partner production management methodologies. Your in-depth knowledge and experience will identify and provide immediate and effective production process, data acquisition, data analysis and personnel management issue remediation and efficiency improvements to meet budget, quality, schedule and revenue goals.

応募資格/Who We Look For

• Project Management Experience: At least 10 years of holistic experience successfully managing AA to AAA console and PC projects from start to release.

• Methodology: Proficiency in Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban project management methodologies. Relevant certifications are a plus.

• Tool Proficiency: Experience with project management tools Jira and Hansoft, and project databases Notion and Confluence.

• Tool Efficiency: Proficiency in Jira Query Language (JQL), automations, reports, and dashboards.

• Development Knowledge: Understanding of all phases of game development and the needs and dependencies of development verticals; art, programming, design, sound, etc..

• Team Management: Experience managing 50 to 200 person cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration.

• Budget Management: Experience managing mid- to large-budget project budgets.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively with empathy and respect.

• Language Proficiency: Japanese (Native Level), English (Business level) is desired

Plus if you have:

• GaaS and live operations experience.

• Experience using Power Bi and Data Analysis Expression (DAX) as a supplementary project management tool is highly desirable.

• Experience in other roles (programming/game planner&etc) in game development is a plus.

年収額：応相談（昇給/賞与あり）
※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。
※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30　 休憩時間 60分
役職により裁量労働制あり
完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）
有給休暇：入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日
年末年始休暇（12/30～1/3）
