Job Description

The Game Software Development Coordinator directs activities to ensure process flow for all games in GSD while meeting demands of schedules and multi-departmental requirements. They coordinate projects, meet deadlines, respond to auditor requests, and track game status. The coordinator prepares reports, documents processes, and participates in discussions regarding game deliverables. The role requires only minor supervision from senior staff. They follow all company policies and procedures related to Information Security, Quality and Environmental. Coordinates requests from all internal and external customers to ensure schedules and deadlines are met.

Overview

The Game Software Development (GSD or equivalent experience) Coordinator directs activities to ensure process flow for all games in GSD or equivalent experience while meeting demands of schedules and multi-departmental requirements. Work closely with internal customers to meet demands established for each game and coordinate projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates requests from all internal and external customers to ensure schedules and deadlines are met.
  • Enter requests into Excel, update schedules and build and maintain system folders.
  • Respond to auditor requests and questions.
  • Update production schedule based on status of games in GSD or equivalent experience.
  • Follow-up on deliverable requirements and status with End Of Game (EOG) auditors.
  • Follow-up on game status with Data Quality Assurance (DQA) Technicians.
  • Coordinate and track all test games to ensure schedules are met and provide follow-up as needed.
  • Maintain flow and accuracy of production requests.
  • Prepares daily/weekly status reports as requested.
  • Documents processes and changes to established procedures.
  • Participates in group discussions regarding game deliverables requirements.
  • Requires only minor supervision from senior staff.
  • Follow all Company policies, procedures and rules related to Information Security, Quality and Environmental.

Qualifications

Minimum education

High school diploma or equivalent experience required. College degree preferred.

 

Years Experience

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required.

 

Other skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access). Ability to learn and become proficient with in-house specialized systems.
  • Demonstrated project management experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Skills in proofreading and checking document accuracy a plus.
  • Attention to detail, work quality and time management skills are critical.
  • Creativity and ability to think creatively.
  • Willingness to take initiative and try new ideas.
  • Strong mathematical, logic and critical thinking skills.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $38,281 - $156,700. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. 

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
