岗位职责
我们寻求兼具战略思维与数据洞察力的复合型人才，主导游戏行业商业分析体系搭建与战略决策支持。候选人需深度理解游戏产业生态，通过数据驱动策略制定，推动业务增长与竞争优势构建。
监控国内外游戏市场动态，识别行业、用户及平台新兴趋势与机会
定期输出数据分析报告与专题研究，量化评估细分赛道市场机会，提供可落地的商业洞察，支持管理层战略决策
开发游戏数据分析模型，涵盖数据埋点设计、采集清洗、可视化呈现全流程
协同跨部门确保数据质量与时效性，为业务决策提供可靠数据支撑
岗位要求
硕士及以上学历，数学、统计学、数据工程等相关专业
0- 4年数据科学、分析或数据工程相关经验，具备游戏行业商业分析、数据分析经验者优先
精通SQL/Python, 熟悉其他语言（Java, C++, Scala等）更佳
具备网页爬取（Web Crawling）开发经验
在商业分析、报告、实验设计和因果推断方面具有成熟的能力，并擅长简化复杂和模糊的问题
熟练掌握数据及应用方法。 你熟悉规模化数据分析技术 及工具（Tableau经验优先），以挖掘价值并为战略决策提供洞察
有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于沟通，责任感强
热爱游戏和游戏行业，有丰富的端游手游体验经历（请在简历or 附件中写明游戏经历
可熟练使用中英文作为工作语言
