Job Description

The World of Tanks team in Belgrade is seeking a Game Support Specialist to enhance player satisfaction. This role involves supporting legendary online multiplayer games like World of Tanks, assisting users with game mechanics, property, and EULA-related issues, monitoring player compliance with game rules, and actively contributing to improving the overall customer experience.

Good To Have:

Experience of working with users
Knowledge of Wargaming products
Experience with Outlook, Excel, Atlassian

Must Have:

Support Legendary Online Multiplayer Games - World of Tanks and etc.
Help our users solve problems related to all aspects of game mechanics, property, and EULA
Monitor players' compliance with key rules of the game, maintaining order, and stopping violations
Working on improving customer experience
Secondary or higher education (students of part-time education, as well as the last courses)
Gaming experience in projects of different genres
Knowledge of Russian at Upper-intermediate level and above
Knowledge of English at Upper-intermediate level and above
Readiness for a shift work schedule: 2/2, 08:00 – 20:00 (work might include the possibility of night shifts)
