We're looking for a game tester responsible for ensuring the quality of video games through rigorous testing. You will work closely with development teams to identify and report bugs, ensuring that the final product meets the studio quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Test games at various stages of development to identify bugs and technical issues.
- Document and report bugs in a detailed and precise manner.
- Conduct regression tests to ensure previously reported bugs have been fixed.
- Evaluate the gameplay, balance, and functionality of the game.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Create and execute test plans and test cases.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss found issues and their resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Passion for video games and knowledge of various genres and platforms.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Written and oral B1 in English
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a Game Tester or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of software testing processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, Google Docs etc.
- Basic programming knowledge (desirable).
