We are seeking a Games Delivery Coordinator to join the Gaming Team at LeoVegas Group, working closely with the Games Sourcing, Games Portfolio, and Games Performance Optimisation Teams. This role is dedicated to the Brazilian Market and involves executing predefined tasks with high-quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting daily operations for the Casino Product across multiple markets, ensuring high standards in new game releases, building relationships with external suppliers for promotional activities, adjusting lobby positioning based on commercial strategy, monitoring product performance with KPIs, collaborating with marketing teams, handling operational issues with providers, improving processes for efficiency, developing brand product strategies, staying updated on industry trends, and assisting with product education. The ideal candidate will have casino product knowledge, good technical understanding, prior iGaming industry experience, and the ability to work collaboratively.

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We're looking for a new member of the Games Delivery Unit, within the Gaming Team working closely alongside both the Games Sourcing, Games Portfolio & Games Performance Optimisation Teams for LeoVegas Group. As Games Delivery Coordinator you execute on predefined tasks & responsibilities with a high level quality standard. This role will specifically be dedicated to handling of the Brazilian Market.
 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Conduct daily operations to support the Casino Product across multiple markets and brands
  • Work alongside both our Games Team and internal stakeholders to ensure high standards in the optimal delivery of new releases
  • Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure promotional activity on new and existing games
  • Adjust lobby positioning and product features according to commercial strategy
  • Create reports for, and monitor product performance of, the Game Product Portfolio with respect to KPIs
  • Collaborate with Acquisition and Retention Marketing teams in order to provide the Greatest Gaming Experience to our players
  • Handle operational issues with providers on behalf of escalations from our internal teams such as Second Line Support
  • Improve processes and procedures to optimise operational efficiency and improve standards
  • Understand and develop each of our brands from a Product perspective according to the respective product and brand strategies
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and provide competitor analysis.
    Assist in the delivery of product education to the wider organization.
