Games Project Manager

We are looking for a Games Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the production of compelling casino games, manage the development of the product roadmap, and maintain project schedules across all functional areas. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining product documentation, improving production processes, and ensuring high levels of efficiency and quality.

This is a hybrid role based in our Ljubljana office or a remote role.

Your responsibilities:

• Management of the production of complex and compelling casino games,
• Management of the development of product roadmap,
• Initiate, develop and maintain project schedules for all functional areas of development,
• Creates and maintains product documentation including functional specifications, wireframe layouts, and flow charts,
• Manages the improvement of the overall production process to increase levels of efficiency, quality of work, and profitability,
• Investigating and learning new technologies,
• Contributing to improving the quality of Company games, the productivity of Company teams, and the efficiency of Company processes,
• Consultations with the executive management team to craft a vision of the titles, and to develop schedules and resource requirements to ensure achievement of the vision,
• Tracking of all production processes through direct management of team leads (art, design, development, QA),
• Management of the regular product reviews with the Studio Heads,
• Project scheduling for all functional areas of development,
• Working with QA to triage game issues and drive updates to the game service.

Technical skills:

• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams (artists, developers, QAs, ...),
• Good knowledge of iGaming game types and popular game mechanics,
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence,
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities,
• Creative mindset and ability to overcome technical challenges,
• Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate smoothly within the team,
• Fluency in the English language.

Bonus points if:

• Previous experience in Art or Development areas,
• Previous Game design experience (this might attract game designers with a desire to advance),
• Knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, or other prototyping tools.
