ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about games and thrive on discovering exciting new titles? We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Games Sourcing Coordinator to help us identify, evaluate, and acquire top-performing games from around the world. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our portfolio by working closely with developers, analysing market trends, and supporting strategic sourcing efforts. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- The pursuit of a Greatest Gaming Experience and improved KPIs, such as but not limited to; NGR, Actives, Turnover, Game Rounds, Incidents, etc.
- Support the Group Games Strategy so as to assist with key decisions to the business, contribute to internal dialogue and analyse the competitive environment.
- Monitoring the current commercial delivery to ensure, and report where needed, upon performance and promotional activity from a Casino Games perspective.
- Building strong and lasting relationships with new and existing commercial partners. Including conference and industry event attendance where required.
- Delivering upon requests either from stakeholders or management about our product range; reports, audits, reviews, presentations, debriefs, etc.
- Improving processes and procedures to optimise operational efficiency and control costs within both the team and wider organisation where appropriate.
- New brand Expansion; Lean on Head of Games to secure smooth work & process for new brand launches, including; provider choice, game choice and new innovative retention tools on site.
- Exclusive releases; make key decisions on exclusive game releases with added responsibility in securing these games from our suppliers.
- Localised Market growth; Explore new opportunities in order to offer the best products available to increase localised revenue and market share in a compliant manner.
- New suppliers; organize reviews and align with Head of Games on new suppliers that want to go live on the LeoVegas Group.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Min 3 years of experience with Casino vertical, ideally in a B2C environment
- Experience managing various stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
