Job Description

The Games Sourcing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top-performing games, analyzing market trends, and supporting strategic sourcing efforts. Key responsibilities include ensuring a great gaming experience, supporting the group games strategy, monitoring commercial delivery, building relationships with partners, delivering reports, improving processes, and making decisions on exclusive game releases. The candidate will also explore new opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in the Casino vertical.
  • Experience managing various stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

Are you passionate about games and thrive on discovering exciting new titles? We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Games Sourcing Coordinator to help us identify, evaluate, and acquire top-performing games from around the world. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our portfolio by working closely with developers, analysing market trends, and supporting strategic sourcing efforts. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • The pursuit of a Greatest Gaming Experience and improved KPIs, such as but not limited to; NGR, Actives, Turnover, Game Rounds, Incidents, etc.
  • Support the Group Games Strategy so as to assist with key decisions to the business, contribute to internal dialogue and analyse the competitive environment.
  • Monitoring the current commercial delivery to ensure, and report where needed, upon performance and promotional activity from a Casino Games perspective.
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with new and existing commercial partners. Including conference and industry event attendance where required.
  • Delivering upon requests either from stakeholders or management about our product range; reports, audits, reviews, presentations, debriefs, etc.
  • Improving processes and procedures to optimise operational efficiency and control costs within both the team and wider organisation where appropriate.
  • New brand Expansion; Lean on Head of Games to secure smooth work & process for new brand launches, including; provider choice, game choice and new innovative retention tools on site.
  • Exclusive releases; make key decisions on exclusive game releases with added responsibility in securing these games from our suppliers.
  • Localised Market growth; Explore new opportunities in order to offer the best products available to increase localised revenue and market share in a compliant manner.
  • New suppliers; organize reviews and align with Head of Games on new suppliers that want to go live on the LeoVegas Group.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

 
Essential skills:
  • Min 3 years of experience with Casino vertical, ideally in a B2C environment
  • Experience managing various stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
