Job Description

As a Gaming Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and managing the gaming team to provide customers with an exceptional experience. This includes optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring an adequate supply of gaming products. You will foster a positive work environment, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. You will also oversee regulatory compliance and maintain accurate departmental records. You will create an exciting, fun, fair, and integral gaming environment.
Must have:
  • Experience in operating and inspecting Casino games
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle demands
  • Hold a current PFL issued by the Gambling Commission

As a Gaming Supervisor you’ll dive headfirst into the hustle and bustle of the gaming world. Your main goal being to excite and entertain all of our customers!  

You’ll play a pivotal role in the success of any gaming operation, your primary responsibility will be to lead, support, and manage the gaming team to ensure that customers receive an unparalleled experience. This involves not only optimizing operational efficiency but also guaranteeing an adequate supply of gaming products at all times. By fostering a positive, dynamic work environment, you’ll motivate your team to perform at their best, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Your leadership directly impacts the overall gaming experience, making it enjoyable and seamless for all. 

You’ll serve as the gatekeeper of regulatory compliance, a vital aspect of the gaming sector, guaranteeing that all activities comply with legal standards and ethical principles. Additionally, you’ll manage the accurate upkeep of departmental records and documentation, crucial for smooth operations and compliance with regulations. 

Ultimately, you’ll be the foundation of the gaming floor, creating an environment built on excitement, fun, fairness, and integrity. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in operating and inspecting Casino games 
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with a range of demands and pressures. 
  • Hold a current PFL issued by the Gambling Commission

Additional Information

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
