The Opportunity

Experience: 6+ months of experience

Nature of Employment: Contract

Sportskeeda is looking for highly motivated and passionate Gaming writers with an understanding of everything related to new and upcoming AAA games and everything they encompass. This includes understanding and being experienced in different genres like Action-Adventure, RPG, Open-world, Stealth, Metroidvania, and more, as well as being aware of upcoming games. Applicants must be able to write guides, features, and listicles on Gaming. This position will operate remotely on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write 3-4 articles per day within a range of 400-800 words for 6 days a week. The type of articles will be guides, listicles, general features, and others.




• Write at least 60-75 articles a month.




• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge in latest games.




• Strong command of the English language.




• Knowledge of on-page SEO, Google Trends, and related keyword research tools will be an asset.




• Candidates should be able to source relevant content and imagery from social platforms.




• Must have excellent time management skills and should be able to work with minimal supervision.




• Experience working at another gaming media house is optional but recommended.
