ABOUT THE ROLE         
We're looking for someone passionate about privacy and customer satisfaction to handle GDPR requests and complaints with finesse. As part of our dynamic team, you'll manage customer inquiries, maintain complaints inboxes, and provide expert advice on GDPR matters. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams, from Operations to Legal, to ensure our policies remain up-to-date and our customers' rights are respected. You'll also assist in resolving complaints, handling social media escalations, and maintaining our online reputation. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:   
  • Process GDPR requests made by customers, including the Right to be Forgotten, Subject Access Request, Right to Opt-Out, Right of Portability, Right to Rectification.
  • Maintain the Leo Vegas Group SAR, Privacy and Complaints inboxes.
  • Assist Operations with day-to-day GDPR-related queries through Slack/Zendesk and provide specific training in order to improve the knowledge on the topic.
  • Liaise between Operations and the Legal, Compliance & Privacy teams on matters related to GDPR and complaints and in order to maintain policies and procedures up-to-date.
  • Advise Operations on how to better handle GDPR/complaint cases and diffuse any problematic cases.
  • Assist the COO and the Operations Management team with the handling of customer threats by providing input and forwarding the case to the relevant teams, e.g. Management, Office Operations, HR, Legal, etc.
  • This role reports to the GDPR & Complaints Team Leader.    
 
  
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:  
  • Willingness to learn, possess a can do attitude and be a part of a dynamic fast-growing company.
  • Fluent in written and speaking Dutch.
  • Liaise with internal departments on a daily basis, to resolve complaints and GDPR requests.
  • Ability to identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
  • Taking initiative and having the motivation to be able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
