Summary

The General Affairs Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the office environment. This includes managing office equipment and supplies, arranging and conducting company events for employee welfare, handling employee relations (including temporary staff), and managing all incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, letters, packages, visitors, and documents). The role also involves providing support to other departments, particularly production teams, as needed. Proficiency in Japanese is essential, and experience in a general affairs or administrative role is required. Basic computer skills are also necessary. Interest in video games or the entertainment industry is a plus, as is business-level English proficiency.

WORK DESCRIPTION

Overlall general affairs duties

  • Maintaining, arranging, and managing office equipment and supplies
  • Employee welfare services, such as arranging and operating company events, etc.
  • Employee relations (including temporary staff)
  • Handling telephone calls, e-mails, letters, packages, and external visitors
  • Managing document, etc.

Other tasks

  • Providing support for other departments (including production teams) as necessary, etc.
