Job Summary

Job Description

Smilegate Entertainment is seeking a Contractual General Affairs and Support Staff. Responsibilities include managing general affairs operations, handling vendor settlements, overseeing facility maintenance, managing supplies, and providing support to staff (parking, pantry). The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to excellence. Experience with design tools and within the IT/gaming industry is a plus. The position requires proficiency in MS Office and a strong work ethic. The contract is for one year with a three-month probationary period.

- 총무 업무 운영 및 지원 - 거래처 정산 업무 - 사내 시설물 점검 및 유지 보수 - 비품 구매 및 재고 관리 - 방문 주차, 탕비실 관리 등 구성원 지원

자격요건

- 학력 : 대졸 이상 - 경력 : 신입 ~ 경력 2년

- MS Office 활용 가능 - 뛰어난 책임감과 업무에 대한 열정 - 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량 - 능동적이고 적극적인 자세와 태도 - 성실함, 긍정적인 서비스 마인드 - 성장과 배움에 대한 의지

우대사항

- 디자인 Tool(포토샵 등) 사용 경험 - IT/게임 업계 근무 경험 - 총무 업무에 대한 관심
