General Affairs Operations/Support (Contract)

Smilegate Entertainment is seeking a Contractual General Affairs and Support Staff. Responsibilities include managing general affairs operations, handling vendor settlements, overseeing facility maintenance, managing supplies, and providing support to staff (parking, pantry). The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to excellence. Experience with design tools and within the IT/gaming industry is a plus. The position requires proficiency in MS Office and a strong work ethic. The contract is for one year with a three-month probationary period.
