Job Description
The Space & Property Center seeks a General Affairs/Welfare Operations Manager with 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities include managing employee welfare (clubs, workshops), office supplies, expense settlements (office, accommodation), and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience with budget management and office administration. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is preferred. The role involves close collaboration with team members to enhance work efficiency and promote a positive work environment.
Must have:
- 3+ years General Affairs/Welfare experience
- MS Office proficiency
- Expense settlement experience
- Excellent communication & problem-solving
- Meticulous record-keeping
Good to have:
- Experience with office environment improvement projects
- ERP system usage experience

General Operations Dept 은 KRAFTON의 복리후생 운영, 업무 환경의 조성과 운영 및 업무 지원을 담당하는 조직으로, 변화에 선제적으로 대응하며 함께 배우며 성장하는 업무 전문가들로 구성되어 있습니다. 각기 담당한 역할과 책임은 다르지만 업무에 경계 없이 영역을 넘나들며 과업의 완성을 위해 협업하고 있습니다.

- 복리후생(동호회, 워크샵 등) 운영 및 정산 업무
- 사무용품/소모품 구매, 관리 및 정산 업무
- 오피스 관리비, 숙소 임대료 등의 비용 정산 업무
- 기타 총무 행정에 따른 전반적인 관리 실무 업무
이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다! (필수요건)
- 총무/복리후생/구매 관련 실무 경험 3년 이상
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) 및 전산시스템 활용 능력
- 사내 복리후생 또는 총무 운영 관련 정산 업무 경험
- 구성원과의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 능력
- 디테일에 강하고, 꼼꼼하게 기록·정리하는 성향
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
