General Manager, Sales and Delivery

you will be responsible for: 

• Lead and drive Thailandbusiness strategies and plan across different functions 
• Business planning and multi-channel retail development initiatives: Growing our retail distribution presence across Thailand, and identifying and negotiating all future store locations 
• Build a strong organization, culture and Tesla reputation in the market
• Building a robust demand generation and market segmentation strategy to achieve KPI and sales objectives
• Lead and deliver outstanding customer experience
• Establish, monitor and drive team targets and performance
• Hiring, mentoring and growing leaders across the country to build talent pool for the expansion in Thailand
• Establish and build strong partnership with both external business partners as well as internal key stakeholders across all functions and regions
• Lead by example and inspire the team to develop themselves and achieve great results
• Drive operational excellence
• lead the planning, implementation and follow up of store operational initiatives including but not limited to outbound events and sales networking activities
• Recognize and celebrate the wins and team success
