Job Description

This role involves executing end-to-end marketing strategies for gaming products, including community/KOL management, PR, cultural sensitivity checks, and go-to-market plan execution. You will work closely with external parties and the regional team to optimize the publishing strategy and leverage marketing and community insights. The ideal candidate will have strong initiatives, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent project management abilities. Native Turkish and proficient English language skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The position is based in Istanbul, Turkey, with potential for business trips within or outside the MENA region.

Must have:

Minimum Bachelor's degree
2+ years experience in marketing campaigns or community management
Strong initiatives and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management
Native Turkish & proficient English
Collaboration skills

Good to have:

Experience from media agencies or FMCG companies
Internship experience in marketing

Job Description

Executing the end-to-end marketing strategies from community/KOL management, PR, cultural sensitivity check, etc.
Work closely with external parties to execute the go-to-market plan for our gaming products
Work closely with the regional team on marketing and community insights to optimize the publishing strategy

Job Requirements

Minimum a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
Minimum 2 years of working experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns or community preferably from media agencies or FMCG companies (fresh graduates with internship experience in the marketing field are welcome to apply)
Strong initiatives, internal drive with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management skills; independent in managing and executing projects with minimum supervision
Native in Turkish and proficient in the English language, both verbal and written along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
A Turkish local, currently based in Turkey and willing to go on a business trip within or outside the MENA region
