I.REQUERIMIENTOS GENERALES.-
- Escolaridad: Secundaria terminada
- Deseable haber trabajado en Empresas de la Industria Manufacturera Eléctrica
- Deseable conocimientos básicos de computación y uso de PC
- Proactivo, orientado a la mejora
- Habilidad para trabajo en equipo
- Habilidad para adaptarse a funciones múltiples
- Flexibilidad para adaptarse a funciones múltiples
- Estabilidad Laboral
II.REQUERIMIENTOS ESPECIALES.-
- Manejo de equipo neumático y manual
- Manejo de máquinas y herramientas de ensamble manuales y neumáticas (pistolas de impacto, torqui metros, llaves, etc)
- Conocimiento del sistema ingles de medición
- Experiencia en el manejo de grúas, polipastos, volteadores, prensas y hornos
- Deseable experiencia en compañías con ISO 9000
III.REQUERIMIENTOS DE HABILIDADES.-
- Habilidades para trabajar en equipo
- Habilidad para aprender procesos nuevos
- Seguimiento de programas de producción
- Llenado de registros
- Trabajo con poca supervisión
- Proactivo, orientado a la mejora
- Buena comunicación oral y escrita
- Flexibilidad para adaptarse a realizar funciones múltiples
- Uso de procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo
- Orden y disciplina en su actividad
IV.CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO.-
- Trabajo en turnos
- Área interior en nave industrial a temperatura ambiente e iluminada
- Trabajo de pie
- Actividad altamente manual
- Trabajo en área de alto tráfico de grúas
V.CONSIDERACIONES DE SEGURIDAD.-
- Trabajo con piezas pesadas por medio de grúas, polipastos y volteadores
- Trabajo en áreas de alto flujo de producción
- Traslado manual de piezas ligeras
- Trabajo con piezas de alta temperatura
VI.PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES.-
- Cumplimiento de programas de producción.
- Control y administración de reportes y registros.
- Inspecciones rutinarias de equipos.
- Trabajos manuales diversos.
- Monitorear los procesos existentes y mantenerlos trabajando apropiadamente
- Proporcionar mantenimiento autónomo diario a máquinas y equipos existentes en su área
- Llenado de registros en hoja viajera
- Mantener limpia y ordenada su área de trabajo
