Collaboration with art, game design, and development teams is essential. They will also monitor new developments in AI technologies relevant to visual content creation.
Must have:
- 1+ year experience developing generative AI solutions for visual media.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with ML/AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Ability to embed AI technologies into existing workflows.
- A keen eye for visual detail and understanding of art principles.

From fine-tuning diffusion models to building intuitive tools for creative teams, you’ll bridge the gap between AI innovation and artistic expression.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize AI-driven content generation workflows for 2D/3D assets, animations, environments, and UI elements.
- Train, fine-tune, and implement advanced generative AI models designed for artistic use cases, experimenting with diverse approaches and datasets to support the creation of images, videos, and 3D content.
- Build and refine intuitive tools that leverage AI for tasks such as image/video generation, analysis, and content creation, enabling artists and designers to enhance their creative workflows. Ensure seamless integration of AI APIs into current production systems.
- Collaborate closely with teams across art, game design, and development to incorporate AI-driven assets and tools into various aspects of the creative pipeline, including game content and promotional materials.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate new developments in AI technologies relevant to visual content creation, advocating for innovation and experimentation to expand the studio’s creative capabilities.
Job Requirements
- At least one year of hands-on experience developing generative AI solutions for visual media (including imagery, animation, and video), with direct experience using tools such as Comfy UI, and platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway, Eleven Labs, Flux, and Luma Dream Machine.
- Solid programming foundation in Python, with familiarity in core machine learning and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, as well as version control tools like GitHub.
- Demonstrated ability to embed AI technologies and APIs into existing workflows and creative toolsets.
- A keen eye for visual detail, backed by an understanding of core art principles such as color theory, composition, and form.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- A deep passion for the fusion of AI and visual art, with a curious and exploratory mindset aimed at uncovering new creative frontiers.
