Gestionnaire en marketing de croissance\Growth Marketing Manager


Budge Studios est un développeur de jeux mobiles de premier plan spécialisé dans la création d'expériences immersives pour les enfants, qui collabore avec certaines des plus grandes marques de divertissement pour enfants au monde. En tant que Gestionnaire en marketing de croissance, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'acquisition d'utilisateurs, l'optimisation de la présence sur les « app stores » et la maximisation des stratégies de promotion croisée pour plus de 50 jeux en direct.


Responsabilités :


Acquisition d'utilisateurs

  • Diriger les efforts d'acquisition d'utilisateurs en mettant l'accent sur les annonces de

       recherche Apple.

  • Exécuter des campagnes, mesurer le ROAS et développer des stratégies efficaces.
  • Optimiser en permanence les campagnes en fonction des mesures de performance et

      des tendances du marché.


Optimisation et analyse des promotions croisées

  • Analyser et optimiser les initiatives de promotion croisée pour stimuler l'engagement

       et la fidélisation des utilisateurs.

  • Utiliser des plateformes d'analyse pour suivre et mesurer l'impact des stratégies de

       promotion croisée.

  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et mettre en œuvre des solutions basées sur

       les données.


Optimisation de l'App Store (ASO)

  • Gérer les stratégies ASO à travers un portefeuille diversifié de plus de 50 jeux en

      direct.

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de mots-clés pour améliorer la visibilité

      des apps et les taux de téléchargement.

  • Surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance de l'app store, et les activités des

      concurrents pour améliorer l'efficacité de l'ASO.

  • Utiliser des plateformes d'analyse et d'intelligence concurrentielle pour suivre et

      mesurer l'impact.


Expérience :


  • Expérience démontrée dans le lancement et la gestion de jeux ou d'applications mobiles.
  • Maîtrise des plateformes d'intelligence marketing telles que AppTweak, Data.ai, Sensor

       Tower, Appfigures.

  • Maîtrise des plateformes d'analyse telles que Tableau et Amplitude.
  • Expertise démontrée en matière d'optimisation de l'App Store, y compris la mise en œuvre

       d'une stratégie de mots clés.

  • Forte compréhension des stratégies d'acquisition d'utilisateurs, notamment avec « Apple

       Search Ads ».

Growth Marketing Manager (kids Mobile Games)


Join Budge Studios, a leading mobile game developer specializing in creating immersive experiences for children, collaborating with some of the biggest children's entertainment brands in the world. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, optimizing app store presence, and maximizing cross-promotion strategies for over 50 live games.

 

Responsibilities:


User Acquisition

  •  Lead user acquisition efforts with a focus on Apple Search Ads.
  • Execute campaigns, measure ROAS, and develop effective strategies to scale.
  •  Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and market

        trends.

 

Cross Promotion Optimization and Analytics

  •   Analyze and optimize cross-promotion initiatives to drive user engagement and

        retention.

  •   Utilize analytics platforms to track and measure the impact of cross-promotion

        strategies.

  •   Identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

 

App Store Optimization (ASO)

  •   Manage ASO strategies across a diverse portfolio of over 50 live games.
  •   Develop and implement keyword strategies to improve app visibility and

        download rates.

  •   Monitor app store KPIs, reviews, and competitor activities to enhance ASO

        effectiveness.

  •   Utilize analytics and competitor intelligence platforms to track and measure the

        impact.

 

Experience:


  •   Proven experience in launching and managing mobile games or apps.
  •   Proficiency in marketing intelligence platforms such as AppTweak, Data.ai,

        Sensor Tower, Appfigures.

  •   Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Tableau and Amplitude.
  •   Demonstrated expertise in App Store Optimization, including keyword strategy implementation.
  •   Strong understanding of user acquisition strategies, particularly with Apple

        Search Ads.


Desired profile:


  •   Exceptional analytics proficiency with the ability to derive actionable insights

        from large datasets.

  •   Excellent presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating insights and

        recommendations.

  •   Excellent project management skills and ability to proactively and

        independently.

  •   Passion for mobile games and children's entertainment, with a keen

        understanding of the target audience.

  •   Experience in the gaming industry is preferred.
  •   Enthusiastic about working in a growing, fun, dynamic, fast-paced

        environment.
