Job Description

The Global Head of Delivery, Consumer Services, Governance Services position involves leading business growth and managing client relationships for 15-20 global Consumer Services enterprise clients. Responsibilities include client onboarding, delivery management, solution development, client relationship management, team leadership, business development, market analysis, and thought leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of the outsourcing and consumer services industries, alongside sales, business development, and leadership skills to drive success within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth within the Consumer Services vertical.
Must have:
  • 15+ years of experience in IT outsourcing space
  • Deep understanding of the outsourcing industry
  • Good understanding of the Consumer Services industry
  • Proven track record in closing large deals and managing client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Position Overview

This position - Head Global Delivery & Growth, Consumer Services Vertical for Governance Services Business Unit, outlines a leadership position within Information Services Group (ISG), where the individual is responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships for a portfolio of 15-20 global Consumer Services enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities may include:
  • Client Onboarding and Management: Overseeing the onboarding process for new clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and managing ongoing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and renewal.
  • Delivery Management: Responsible for the delivery of all in scope services and ensure that client delight at highest levels.
  • Solution Development: Leading the creation and delivery of tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients
  • Client Relationship: Strong account management know how and ability to foster lasting client relationships
  • Team Leadership: Building and leading a high-performing team consisting of Delivery Leads/Account Leads, SMEs, and global delivery teams
  • Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities within the vertical, driving sales efforts, and managing the proposal process
  • Market Analysis: Staying informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
  • Thought Leadership: Representing ISG as a subject matter expert, contributing to industry publications, and participating in conferences
Required Skillsets 
  • This is a remote position based in the US
  • Travel may be necessary and can be up to 40%
  • 15 + years’ experience in the IT outsourcing space, preferable as a client partner or senior exec with a Tier 1 service provider
  • Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of outsourcing industry, including key players, business challenges, and regulatory considerations
  • Industry Expertise: A good understanding of Consumer Services industry, including trends, key players, business challenges, and regulatory considerations
  • Sales and Business Development Skills: A proven track record of closing large deals and managing complex client relationships
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams at various organizational levels
  • Consulting Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting effectively with clients and senior executives

Education 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Masters’ Degree in related field desirable
